1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and any online forms, chat, or booking tools provided by Top AC Service (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the site or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

2) Who We Are

Top AC Service provides air-conditioning repair, maintenance, installation, gas refilling and related services in Doha, Qatar.

3) Services & Bookings

  • Booking. You may request a visit through our web forms, phone, or WhatsApp. Please provide accurate contact details, address/area, and a brief description of the issue.
  • On-site diagnosis. Final work scope and price are confirmed after our technician assesses the unit on site.
  • Scheduling. We aim to arrive within the agreed window; delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or weather. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are required.

4) Quotes, Pricing & Payments

  • Quotes. Online/phone quotes are estimates until on-site diagnosis. We will not start paid work without your approval of the final price.
  • Payments. Accepted methods are communicated at booking; invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Additional parts/works. If extra parts or works are required, we will seek your approval before proceeding.

5) Cancellations, No-Shows & Access

  • Customer cancellation. Cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a visit/diagnostic fee if a technician is already en route.
  • No-show / no access. If we cannot access the premises at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply and the visit will be rescheduled.
  • Safety. We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe (e.g., electrical hazards, hostile behavior, hazardous environments).

6) Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty for repairs we perform (details and duration appear on your invoice). The warranty does not cover pre-existing defects we did not repair, misuse, normal wear, consumables, or work performed by third parties after our visit.

7) Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and safe access to the unit.
  • Ensure a responsible adult is present during the visit.
  • Protect valuables and sensitive equipment in the work area.

8) Acceptable Use (Website)

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping or copying content, submitting false information, or uploading unlawful material. You must not copy our content or trademarks without prior written permission.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, graphics, layouts) is owned by Top AC Service or our licensors and is protected by law. No license is granted except as necessary to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

10) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp by Meta, Google Maps/Analytics, payment providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.

11) Reviews & Testimonials

By submitting a review, rating, message, or image, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content for marketing our services. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

13) Disclaimers

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when the latest version took effect. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
